It's free, but a little hard to use. If it works, you'll get all your files exactly as you had them before. If that doesn't work, they also have a program called Photorec. Don't let the name fool you. It can recover photos, videos, office documents, and dozens of others. It will recover as many individual files as it can find, but it won't know their original file name.
