if my disk got formatted or i cleaned my recycle bin out, how can i get my files back?

If you formatted your disk you will need to see a Data Recovery Specialist.

   I don’t think you can get back files from a formatted disk but it is very possible to get back from a recycle bin, here’s a download link for Recuva 1.35.472, a utility to recover accidentally deleted files.
