How can I restore my data from the nokia backup file I’ve created?

Recently, I’ve lost my Nokia mobile(model: nokia 6303 classic). Fortunately or unfortunately, I’ve made a backup of all contacts, and some other data. It has created a backup file with an extension .nbu. Is there any option to recover my contacts, other than connecting a Mobile?

Why not use the nokia PC suite to do that? please refer to the 6303 manual below.
Also, there is some body write some utility to explore the nbu file, refer to the thread:http://discussions.europe.nokia.com/discussions/board/message?board.id=pcsuite&message.id=13911
