How can I restore my data from the nokia backup file without using Nokia ps suite?

i have saved my contacts in the format of CSV file and i want to recover it,s without using pc suite but my cell can,not support csv file how do i open it plz….

You can only restore anything on your sd ram with out the suite, anything else, suite is needed, if you don’t have it google it and download it.
