I’m about to replace a faulty HDD drive on my laptop. Will my manufacturers recovery CD reinstall windows?

HDD died on me so have got a replacement coming tomorrow. I have a toshiba recovery disk which worked fine on previous hard drive. Just wondering if this will work on the new one or if I’ll need to shell out for new OS?

Your recovery disk should work fine with your new hard drive.
