just download ccleaner from ccleaner.com

open it after install and goto options & settings

there u shall find securedeletion option with number of passes as 3 & 7 & finally gutmann method
select either of them and move the files to be deleted to recyclebin and then run cleaner

ur jobs done
it overwrites the files with zeroes in guttmann method so that it would be almost impossible to recover

but it takes some time to have all the passes done but not too much
References :
IN MY OPINION THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE PERMANENTLY BECAUSE IF YOU FORMET THE HARDDISK AND AFTER FORMAT YOU RUN YOUR RECOVERY SOFTWARE THEN THE SOFTWARE SHOW YOUR OLD DATA.
LINUX HAS THIS FACILITY TO DELETE PERMANENTLY FILE. BUT MICROSOFT HAS NOT ANY TOOL TO DELETE PERMANENTLY FILES. SO PLEASE FORGET THIS THING DELETE FILE PERMANENTLY. ONLY ONE WAY TO DELETE YOUR PICTURE REPLACE SERVER ALL HARDDISK. BUT YOU DONT HAVE AUTHORISED TO REPLACE HARDDISK.
YOU CAN SURF THESE SIDE MAY BE IT HELPFUL YOU.

When you delete anything it physically reside on your hard disk. you just can't do anything.
But there is a option, if its registry value will be replaced than it will be De-allocated.
For that you have to put a large file in the same drive/Folder from where you have deleted your files.
I hope you'll understand what i wanna say. And there is no software which can promise to delete your residing data permanently. Formatting is also not a solution, So don't waste your time.
And Server can't be formatted for a single deletion right?
References :
When it comes to data stored on your computer, deleting files doesn't actually remove the data. File information is kept in a directory so that the operating system can find it. When you delete a file, all you are doing is removing it from the directory and flagging that part of the drive as being available for new data. Until that region is overwritten, the old data can be retrieved, in fact that's how you can recover lost data. It's also the way most file recovery programs work - they look for data on your hard drive that shouldn't be there according to the directory and restore it.
The only way to completely remove the data is to overwrite the contents of the hard drive. You can do this by formatting the drive, or using data wiping software that fills your hard drive with random data.

Try these wiping tools (personally haven't tried either):

If you are an administrator you have had education in how computers work in detail, there should be your answer. If not read on:

When you delete a file it is removed from the registry, although it stays on the hard drive. That memory slot can then be used for any other data. In other words simply pressing delete or shift+delete does not completely remove a files. You have to format the disk to completely destroy the information. However that destroys ALL the information on the hard drive. As for deleting individual files... Due to the structure of memory I doubt you can do that...
