Do not do any work on your computer until you run the data recovery program. Even installing that program may overwrite your folder.
Why not just do a System Tools>System Restore to a point in time prior to deleting the folder. I’ve done around 10 of them and it works just fine.

It’s actually Backup which should be included in windows.
Backup your whole computer and if you delete something and can recover it.
(OK it’s really not the best but I use it all the time)
